Abstract / Excerpt:

The study focused on the work attitude and job performance of the teachers f monetvista National High School, Montevista, Compostela Valley. Specifically, it sought to determine the socio-demographic characteristics of the teachers, their perceived factos and attitudes towards job. The design of the study is the descriptive survey method and involved all the thirty-one (31) secondary school teachers on the said institution.
