The faculty relies on the administration to provide the materials and supplies that are required by the curriculum for nursing. (4) Graduate education is desired by the faculty but with limitations encountered at work, like overloads and financial constraints, the faculty do not readily find time to pursue advanced studies. (5) Problems related to work are aggravated when communication is not fluid between and among the faculty and the administrators. (6) The leadership of the administrators affects the relationship of the faculty with the organization. The low importance placed by the faculty to participation in institutional committees reflect a lack of motivation on the part of the faculty to assume leadership roles.
