Abstract / Excerpt:

The project proposes a framework for the effectiveness of rehabilitation and reformation programs of inmates on the Davao City Jail. THe Davao City Jail will be relocated and at the same time apply an upgraded design suitable for rehabilitation and reformation. The relocated City Jail will continously house non-convicted detainees and convicted felons serving more than six months but less than two years. Having these functions, it will have the necessary facilities to enhance rehabilitation and reformation of the inmates to its highest level.
