Abstract / Excerpt:

Objectives: To present six cases following a case study format and using reflexology as an aid to counseling. It intends: (1) to find out the precipitating factor that brought about client's problems; (2) to determine if reflexology as an aid to counseling significantly improves the coping mechanism of the client; to show if reflexology can be an aid in the counseling process.
Methodology: The method used was descriptive study with the purpose of describing in detail the physical condition, background information and the precipitating factors that affect the condition of the clients.
