Abstract / Excerpt:

The proposed Overseas Filipino Workers Community and Resource Center will try to address the issue of job creation, which has enormous contribution to the improvement of the standard of living. This proposal isp resented based on a governmental program that aims to improve the labor conditions of our overseas workers by providing them their needs with regards to a higher standard of protection and promotion of migrant workers, and their families as well. The solution to this social problems shall then be presented through an architectural program that will be adaptable to the Filipino way of life.
