Community collection system and factors affecting extent of amortization in lot owning

Summary of Recommendations: As Metropolitan housing costs have escalated,more and more residents with limited incomes are turning back to find housing of which they can afford.From the point of view of the receiving communities,finding the solution to an unaddressed housing problem may pose a severe financial and social burden.In the interest of equity and adequate services,funding formulas for the full range of educational and welfare programs,housing assistance and other human service should be re-examined well.The data show that more than 50 percent of the total respondents had no permanent job.In view of this,the city government and non-government agencies should provide income-generating projects especially for non-working wives.Unemployed spouses must acquire information on job availability,wage,rates,location,and work environment.Find the right job on their particular skills and his or her preferences regarding work environment.There should also be employment opportunities suiting the educational qualifications of household members. Beneficiaries must be encouraged to pay their monthly rental amortization regularly and must be given priority since it is one of the basic needs.It is best to inform and remind those who are hard payee that refusal to pay would mean that they are willing to forgo their position of owning the lot.
