Objectives: To evaluate/explore the viability in terms of affordability, acceptance and implication of the proposed medium-rise condominium unit to be constructed by the National Housing Authority in partnership with the City government of Davao.
Methodology: The Benefit-Cost Analysis and Project Cash Inflow and Outflow was used.
