Abstract / Excerpt:

Project Summary: This study was primarily conducted to determine the viability of distributing a new contraceptive here in Davao City. With the economic and political turmoil we are currently facing, the proponents saw a great need to provide a better and more reliable alternative to the contraceptives currently circulating in the market. This study would help in gauging the receptiveness of the Filipino people on using a new product that is more convenient and reliable. We also aim to determine the awareness level in the use of contraceptives by the Filipino people. This study would help in organizing programs to encourage every individual to practice family planning. We hope that this study would give more attention to the country's pressing problem on population.
