A proposed marketing strategy for Landbank-Davao Branch international unit

Abstract / Excerpt:

Objectives: This study aims to come-up with a marketing strategy for the Land Bank Davao Branch's International Unit. Specifically, it will come out with strategies that will hopefully enable LBP to increase the volume of transaction of the Unit by at least 20% every year for the next three years of operation to be able to attain year-end targets. Methodology: Interview with the five (5) major banks in Davao City namely: Philippine National Bank (PNB), Philippine Commercial & International Bank (PCIB), Metrobank, United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) and Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI) will be conducted to gather information on the existing products/services being offered under their respective International Divisions.
