This is a survey of the different solid wastes disposed in the community. The study reveals that among the twenty-four solid wastes identified by household respondents, the most frequently disposed solid wastes include kitchen throwaways, plastic materials, paper materials and cartons, broken glasses and bottles, and worn-out nipa. On the other hand, the least disposed are worn-out textiles, appliances and furniture, scrap metal, and styrofoam.
