This study evaluates the performance of college Mathematics instructors and student using a 50-item Basic Mathematics and College Algebra Achievement Test. The instructors who are evaluated come from six public and fourteen private colleges of Surigao City, Butuan City, Agusan Provinces and Surigao Provinces. In addition, the effects of age, sex, type of school attended, and attitude of instructors toward Mathematics on mathematics performance are also investigated.
