Shows that teachers are competent and effective in teaching Industrial Arts subject. They have developed among the students the necessary skills in woodworking and values like initiative, self-reliance and confidence, and proper attitude towards work. The development of skills and values are attributed to the physical facilities and integration of work values in the subject.
