This work presents some functions on the development, promotion and preservation of peace through the mass media, such as: 1) bringing on a situation where people are less emotional, busier with building communities, moving with a more definite purpose, and 2) developing the mobile personality" out of the traditional Filipino. This also discusses the effects and uses of mass media.
