An evaluation of the peace and order condition of the Province of Surigao del Norte, Agusan del Norte and Cities therein as perceived by the community constituents and its implications to peace education during the school year 1987-1988. This descriptive survey suggests that the perception of peace and order in the category of insurgency, mass elections, low wages, political instability, harassment and other similar problems were perceived "unfavorably".
