The study is concerned with the manifestations of burnout: decreased idealism is exhibited by the PATVEP subject teachers who have few students per class and fewer sections taught, loss of energy by teachers who belong to the high income group, the non-officers in organization, those having few children and those stressed by physical environment and job assignment in school, and loss of concern developed when the support system is not given to older teachers. Physical environment and job assignment are stressors to cause loss of motivation.
