This is a proposed instructional material prepared in accordance with the provisions of the new English course program to give the students better insights into his cultural heritage. It discusses folk stories, essays, short stories in Philippine Literature that highlight desirable Filipino values and exemplary behavior. Activities are divided into story line/passage, vocabulary, discussion questions, speech improvement, structure and composition writing, and valuing.
