Physical and chemical properties of soil and leaf samples collected from six plantations in Mindanao are analyzed. The relationships between leaf nutrient status, soil nutrient status, soil type and dry rubber yield were determined. Chemical and physical properties of the soil varied widely among the six rubber plantations studied.
