Determines the planning process of elementary administrators in District IV under the Surigao City Division during the school year 2000-2001. This descriptive study involving 163 teachers that evaluates the sixteen administrators shows that the administrators may improve their performance by pursuing graduate studies and attending trainings or seminars.
