The study identifies the causes of faculty turnover for a span of nine years (1964-1972). Among the major findings are that the school is failing in faculty retention, and its manner of recommendations, promotion and teaching assignments fail to cope with the changing situation. One of the main causes of turn-over is the fear of harassment and threats from the natives of the place, especially the parents which usually occur when a Christian faculty member fails a Maranao student.
