Determines the acceptability of the reforestation program of the DENR particularly the nature of the respondents' awareness, perceptions, and attitudes towards the programs as well as their level of participation. It aims to assess the importance of community organizing as a tool/strategy in the implementation of the program and gives a vital input in updating or revising its guideline.
