Annotation

Phytoplankton are essential in a lake ecosystem. The study finds that the primary productivity of phytoplankton in Lake Sebu is low. Lake Sebu can be classified as oligotropic lake based on its phytoplankton biomass, but on the transparency of water, it can be considered a mild eutropic lake.
