Abstract:

Different factors influence the risk for a person to get impaired such as accident , genetic and birth malformations among others. In the case of Central Mindanao, the risk has been increased due to the raging conflicts and humanitarian crisis. The conflict ha s re s u l t e d to numerous casualties an d impairments among the army , rebel group and the civilian population ca u g ht in the cross fires. On top of it, there is an absence of service providers in the area capable of giving appropriate services for war victims and dis a bled persons.
