Abstract:

This report describes the University Partnership Linking Out-of-School Youth to Agri-Entrepreneurship and Development to promote Job Opportunities and Business Scale-up for Mindanao(UPLOAD JOBS) between University of Hawaii
at Manoa (UH) and Southern Christian College (SCC). Active between June 2012 and June 2015, the partnership sought
to enhance livelihoods of out-of-school youth (OSY) and farming communities in Central Mindanao through training and capacity building of educators and participants of the agricultural entrepreneurship extension program at SCC.
