Abstract:

The DA intends to select, through a competitive bidding process described below, the Buyers who shall purchase, acquire and operate the PHPTC assets subject to the terms and conditions of the Asset Purchase Agreement and all applicable laws. The Buyers will be responsible for financing the purchase of the assets and for operating, rehabilitating, upgrading, maintaining, and expanding the PHPTC once acquired. The assets are specifically described in the Bidding Documents.
