DAVAO CITY (PNA) - A hydrogeologlst consultant and a senior engineer of the local waterworks utility administration are now here to start the first phase of this city modem water works system.The two are Jack Scheliga, hydrogeologist, and Albert Q. Suguitan, engineer.
Starting work immediately upon arrival, both went to barrio Bacaca to formulate a test well drilling program. They were accompanied by city hall's technical men as well as those from the local water district headed by Iluminado Quinto.
