CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY- Three persons were killed, including a constable, and another was wounded during a shootout in Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, Friday night, police reported today. Police intelligence chief Bienvenido Lagunday identified the fatalities as constable second class Luisito Travilla of Marawi City, Susan T. Ranoa and Andres Talledo Jr. both of Carmen.
