Abstract / Excerpt:

Women had been percieved as having the second place within the society. They are the ones that do almost all the important things that are necessary for life's survival yet they are not being known for it. But they do not complain towards this perceptions because they see these duties as a way of giving love towards the persons attended. And what they do is what they love most. Women are very much important in a society, they contribute from the smallest to the largest duties that are needed for all of hte people to live and endure the harsh ways of life. And because of this role, women should be given the right privileges and benefits in a community. They should be given the services that are very much important towards them, and having Women's Health & Development Center wherein they will be a great help and service. Having this health center, they can help their selves physically, emotionally, and socially. This center will not be just an institutional place but a place to enjoy and have fun. This will be a place that will offer them their "women's touch".
