The result of the study showed that women entered into consistency based on politics role primarily because it was brokered by the men of their lives and they had been relievedfrom their other gender roles which were reproductive role, productive role and community managing role. Moreover, it was also reinforces by either having access to or control over economic resources. As women took on the power of decision-making, they had experienced difficulties related to political processes and structures. A lot has yet to be done to address women's agenda.
