Value engineering of a two storey residential building

Abstract / Excerpt:

This study was conducted to assess the viability of value engineering on a two storey residential building. The areas included in the assessment were, identify and evaluate the functions of each part of the structure, determine the savings, describe the advantages and disadvantages of the changes and justify the changes made in the structure.
