Abstract / Excerpt:

The Proponent' Technical Assistance and Management Services Foundation, Incorporated, also known as Pro-Team Services or simply PTS, believes in the empowerment of people through capability building for effective and efficient implementation of programs and services.In this mission, Pro-Team Services is guided by the principles of independence, transparency and professionalism, core beliefs which are manifested in it delivery or program and services.Pro-Team Services aims its development assistance efforts primarily towards the poor and marginalized sector of Mindanao.Thus, it expresses its bias for the farmers, workers, fisher folk, urban poor, Moro people, women, youth, and other disadvantaged sectors of the region.Pro-Team Services is open to working with proponents, programs,institutions and agencies who express a similar priority and concern.
