Abstract / Excerpt:

This study aims to document the traditional wedding ceremony of the Matigsalug people in Barangay Sinuda, Kitaotao, Bukidnon, and analyze the dramatic elements in the ceremony. Specifically, it aims to answer the following questions: 1.) Who are the Matigsalugs of Barangay Sinuda? 2.) How is the traditional Matigsalug wedding ceremony performed? 3.) What are the dramatic elements found in the ceremony?
