Abstract / Excerpt:

Objective: This study is designed to know the kind of news that Bandera and Tempo prioritize.
Methodology: The study design is qualitative using content analysis.

Conclusions: As far as prioritization is concerned, Tempo focuses on government stories and it is evident that it prioritizes more relevant photo releases. In this sense, it is then concluded that Tempo is a more serious tabloid than Bandera.
