STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: This study aimed to present the experience of gang members who underwent recruitment process. Specifically, it aimed to answer the following questions: 1.) What are the socio-demographic characteristics of the respondents? 2.) What are the experiences of the respondents in terms of: a.their recruitment/initiation rites in the gang? B.their activities as a gang? C.incidences of conflict with the law? 3.) What are their dreams and aspirations?
