Abstract / Excerpt:

Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the practical work in teaching geometry to the academic achievement of the first year high school students of Saint Peter's College of Toril year 1998-1999.
Methodology: This study used the quasi-experimental design particularly the pretest-posttest non equivalent group design.
