Abstract / Excerpt:

Objective: This study sought to determine the commitment of medical health workers in the government service. Methodology: The study is descriptive and relational. Conclusions: It has been shown that involvement in both religious and educational activities is associated with commitment of respondents to medical service. This indicate that when members get involved in a group, certain values and attitudes are developed in the process of interacting with the different members of the group.
