Experiences of the bangsamoro women in politics in North Cotabato and Maguindanao

Abstract / Excerpt:

This chapter incorporates the summary and findings on the socio-demographic characteristics of the respondents, Family background in politics, the positive and negative experiences running as an elected official, roles of the Bangsamoro Women in advocating in Women's rights, effects of political leadership in personal life and as a politician, suggestions on as to how to enhance the Bangsamoro Women participation in politics, perception of status in the institution, project and programs of the Bangsamoro women organization, weaknesses of the current Bangamoro women organizations.

Recommendations: In view of the findings revealed in this study, the following are recommended: 1. It has been observed as the researchers gathered data that Bangsamoro Organization.
