STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: This study aimed to describe the experiences of passport applicants in document processing and their perceptions toward falsification of documents. Specifically, it aimed to answer the following questions:1. What is the socio-demographic profile of passport applicants?2. What are the experiences of passport applicants in document processing?3. What are the perceptions of the passport applicants toward falsification of documents?
