Abstract / Excerpt:
This study was conducted in 2013 to evaluate the spiritual wellness program of Holy Child College of Davao-Main campus. Implementing a descriptive research design, the FMPW scale was used to survey the entire population of 52 staff and teachers from the pre-school, elementary and high school departments. Forty-five of the 52 respondents are female. Most of the respondents belong to the cluster of 1-8 years length of tenure. The section that has the most number was the staff with 25 out of 52. The overall mean of perception on the individual level showed spirituality, moderate spirituality on the work unit level, and spirituality on the organizational level. Both males and females have moderate spirituality and also when clustered by length of tenure. Only the pre-school and elementary teachers are spiritual when grouped by section assignment. There is no significant difference in the overall level of perception when grouped according to gender, length of tenure, and sector assignment. Independent samples t-test was utilized to determine the difference in the overall level of perception in terms of gender and length of tenure. ANOVA determined the difference in the overall level of perception in terms of section assignment.
