Abstract / Excerpt:

E-Job with Video Conference is a web application that stands as an alternative to the manual job fair. Through this, jobseekers would be able to have an easy and efficient way of hunting jobs and at the same time the company wouldn't have to exert effort in planning and creating job fairs for the people. The web applications utilizes computer programs, such as Flex, to design and implement the desired functionalities. One of its main functionality is the Video Conference; it solves the hustle of personal interview through online which would be done anytime by using the existing VoIp.
