Abstract / Excerpt:

The project study of Dried Fish trading in Davao City is a sole proprietorship business organization. There will be 3 persons needed in the whole operation. The manager who is the owner at the same time; one permanent worker and a contractual worker who will be hired from the by-standers in Magsaysay Park, San Pedro, and other crowded places. Their total salaries will include Social Security System and Medicare deductions.
