Abstract / Excerpt:

Conclusion: The developed proposed score card is more comprehensive, analytical, and effective than the existing ones that were perused, and that it passed the tests of content validity, reliability, and usability.

Methodology: The Research and Development (R&D) approach was mainly used in this study.
