Abstract / Excerpt:

Databases play an important role in both database management and data storage in today's Information Age. The three of world's most popular databases are MySQL, MS SQL, and Oracle. Among these, MySQL is more commonly used because it is open-source and easily accessible. However, researches show that MySQL lacks features that MS SQL and Oracle currently have. Since it lacks features, such as triggers and jobs, there is a need to develop an application that would answer to these limitations.
