Abstract / Excerpt:

This study was focused on the three (3) out of seven (7) decentralized training courses in COA Regional Office No. XIII, Butuan City, which include the following. 1) Seminar on the New Government Accounting System (e-NGAS); 2.) Cash Examination; 3.) Financial Audit Seminar. The foregoing courses comprise the core subjects of which auditors can get their basic knowledge and skills, which will help them in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities as government auditors and as partners of the government in nation building.
