Abstract / Excerpt:

The study was conducted to present evidence on the corporate adoption of e-learning in Mindanao. The study provided inform a such as: a) the profile of the companies in Mindanao that adopted corporate e-learning; b) the maturity level of corporate e-learning adoption of the subject companies; c) the extent of corporate e-learning adoption as to content, technology, and services; d) the impact of corporate e-learning adoption to companies' organization performance in terms of organization's competitive advantage, profitability, sustainability, productivity, and innovation; and e) challenges encountered by companies that adopted corporate e-learning. This study used descriptive correlative method of research.
