Abstract / Excerpt:

This research was conducted to investigate the actual implementation of computerization program in terms of hardware acquisition, software packages, training, utility funds received and the level of computer literacy of the division heads, non-teaching staff, faculty and students in selected private institutions and all the state institutions of higher learning in Region XI during school year 2001-2002.
