Abstract / Excerpt:

Objective: To make an assessment of the academic, professional and economic status of college registrars in order to present a clearer picture of who really are these people in the field of the academe who though not generally well-known are vital participants in the educational process.
Methodology: A 3-point response scale was devised to surface the directions rather than the degrees of attitudes.
