Methodology: The methods used in the data collection of this study were observations, personal interviews, and actual exposures of the researchers.

Recommendations: To avoid force substitution of feed ingredients and rations as replacement for the absence of certain kind of feed ingredients or rations, it is necessary to have a constant follow-up of the regular supply of feed ingredients required in daily mixing. Delayed preparation of feeds or mixing of feeds can be prevented and proper sanitary measures if labor force is increased and necessary feed mill equipments and machineries are made available. The building structure of the feed mill should be renovated by widening the floor space of the mixing area to allow easy movement of the laborers during the mixing of feeds. Larger number of laborers and the availability of new farm equipments and machineries make the activities in the silo.
