Abstract / Excerpt:

Objectives: The study will likewise compare the Ateneo's farm with other farms in the community with the following areas: Population, farm practices, feeding management, disease control, marketing of meat and milk products, breeds of animals, organizational structure and budgeting and financing.

Methodology: This study is based mainly on records of the project, interviews with farm owners and caretakers and actual inspection of farms mentioned in the study.

Conclusions: The farm is not performing at desired levels. Much can be done to improve the present situation. If the areas mentioned here are attended to, Ateneo through its goat project, can very well fulfill its role in the development of Mindanao as a land of promise.
