Abstract / Excerpt:

The study will attempt to answer why gaps in the implementation of land conversion policy are prevalent in Butuan City and offer possible recommendations to correct these identified gaps. Given the encompassing nature of the study, the primary beneficiary of this study is the Department of Agrarian Reform. The DAR will be able to put forward policy recommendations that directly address this problems.
