Sipti Sleeping quarters is a sole proprietor form of Business. It is named Sipti Sleeping Quarters for the owners ideally want it to blend with the English word "safety" which im Bisaya is "sipti". It is in the service industry preferable in hospitality industry which offers its clients safe and relaxing sleep or stay in rendering sleep or stay in rendering the service. It is composed of the General Mananger, Supervisor and it's employees which can break down into housekeepers and a security guard. its main target is the students who have few hours of excess time or break after each class and wants to be relaxed. A survey was conducted and shoes students interest in the said project and desired rate for the service offered. Financial statements indicates that the business would be profitable in a given period of time. Net Loss is normal during the 1st year of operation for it will still be the adjustment year. Economically speaking, the business is feasible for the service fees is less expensive than other hotels, inns, and motels. The business will implement its rules stictly to avoid unnecessary behavior in the rooms. all the materials used are less expensive compared to hotels, motels and inns. The greatest advantage of this business is its rate. The business is technically feasible. No extra amenities are required to encourage clients to relax orc study inside the rooms.SSQ is focused only in giving its clients quality time with quality service.
